When do you call the emergency number ?

• In case of fire
• In case of a water leak
• Smell of gas: notify Sibelga on 0800 19 400 or 112
• There is no heating
• There is no electricity in the building

When should you NOT call the emergency number ?

• You want information about a room or studio
• Small repairs (leaking taps, broken lamps,...)
• The internet is not working
• You forgot or lost your key
• You experience noise nuisance (call the police)
